We know you have your go-to favorite items at SoBe Vegan, but everyone could use something new every so often. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our menu for our customers by adding new flavors, more expansive options, and even more fun. As always, we strive to expand the idea of what vegan food looks and tastes like and push the boundaries of traditional American fare. Our team has just introduced a range of new menu items that are sure to satisfy your vegan cravings.
Below is a list of our newest food items…
Philly Cheesesteak – This innovative, vegan sandwich features our burger crumble, sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions, and roasted red bell peppers topped with provolone cheese in a hoagie bun! This mouth-watering delight is sure to be a fan favorite in no time.
PB & B Toast – This simple recipe features gluten-free sourdough toast topped with peanut butter, banana, and cinnamon agave. Whether you want a quick and easy breakfast or a snack to keep you going throughout the day, our PB & B Toast will satisfy your sweet and savory combo cravings like no other.
Southwest Salad – This healthy salad is a must-have this summer! Our SoBe lettuce blend is topped with organic avocado, sweet corn, grape tomato, onion and pickled fresno chili garnished with crispy tortilla strips, fresh cilantro and our creamy chipotle dressing.
Spicy Cobb – This iconic salad is a modern twist on the traditional and well-loved Cobb. It contains romaine lettuce, chick’n tenders, bacon, organic sweet corn, fresh avocado and grape tomatoes. This salad is dressed with EVOO, blue cheese dressing, and buffalo sauce.
Mushroom Bowl – This highly-requested, simple bowl features brown rice and kale topped with sauteed mushroom and alfalfa sprout. It is bound to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters.

Go Green – A green smoothie has never tasted so good…featuring spinach, peanuts, cashews, bananas, probiotic, date, cinnamon, and almond milk.
PB & C – This chocolate, peanut butter combo includes cacao powder, peanuts, peanut butter, banana, strawberry, probiotic, date, cinnamon, maca, chocolate syrup, and almond milk.
Pitaya Protein – This vibrant smoothie combines pitaya, spinach, almond, strawberry, probiotic, mulberry, garden of life protein, blueberry, lime, and almond milk.
